Four thugs did not get what they expected when they attempted to beat up former NFL linebacker, Illinois state senator, and temporary pizza deliverer Napoleon Harris.

Harris gave the delivery guys at his Beggar’s Pizza franchise the night off and offered to deliver pizza himself, according to The Daily Caller.

While delivering to one empty house that had a for sale sign in the yard, Harris was met by an unlikely group of thugs. The four men waited until Harris came to the door before jumping him.

“They put a chokehold on the senator, but to no avail. They were really trying to choke him to death, and he was just too strong. He out-powered all four of them,” said Harris spokesman Sean Howard.

“As they were all beating on him, one guy just went out of his way and really hit him hard, and Napoleon never moved,” Howard explained. “He just looked at him like Hulk Hogan, and from that the guys knew that we better get out of here, because we can’t get this guy down.”

Harris knew how to fight all too well. He had years of experience playing professional football for the Minnesota Vikings, the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Oakland Raiders.

But that’s not how this story ended. Harris even helped police track down the thugs.

He gave such an accurate description of the men that police were able to find them and also solve a previous murder case that the men were allegedly involved in prior to the incident with Harris.
